What do you think? It's still a dragon just no wings. We could do where there are wing mutations and horn mutations ect.

Perhaps no horns is most common, spiked horns uncommon, and curly horns {like this} is rare? 8)
And it's extremely rare to have wings? :D

Wait...The extremely rare wing gene; the wings could be similar to my idea's. :D
