This took a while but im finally done! ^.^ My sister inspired me on this, she had to wear something of mine that was too big on her and she said, "Make it smaller!" So I finally found something she could wear. it was so cute it inspired me to do this. I wanted to make the sleeve lace but it woudn't work. But I think its still pretty good :3
