This is a very wonderful character portrait overall!
The eyes would definitely have to be my favorite, because of the shading and lighting.
The only thing I might critique is some of the anatomy.
{I am going to be speaking with general realism,
so if whatnot or whatnot is anime style and you preffer it that way, then simply ignore me! Cx}
I think the torso is a little small in comparison to the head, and the breasts a little odd.
They are a little large for her body, and the left side is oddly clipped?
As if her arm were to be smashing up against it, when its clearly behind.
Since she is facing more forward than sideways, the curve would go over the arm just as the right side.
To me, the skull seems a little flat on the top, or perhaps it is just the way you drew out her hair.
And the chin doesn't quite line up with the mouth.
Even rounded, you want to make the jaw (aka the chin) line up with the lips.
The only other thing, anatomy wise, I can see that is also a tad odd is the ears that I see.
They are a little high, as well as the right ear (left in stand-in perception),
shouldn't show unless the ears are meant to angle forward.
Usually, if past the center line of a cheek is not visible, neither is the ear.
Your values are coming in nicely! And by values, I mean your shading and lighting.
The only thing I might note is light source. While you dont always need to use it
{because light bounces and refractes off other surfaces and can create a vague lighting},
it's usually great to use in portraits, just so you can really define roundness and depth and hair curves.
The only difinite thing I can point out about the shading is the lack of it in the skin tone, and the lack of light in the hair.
Of course not all hair shines as bright as a morning star but, it adds a lot of texture and interest
Sorry this came out kinda long but- you asked! <3
