The night felt extremely dark without the stars gleaming in the sky. Deep gray storm clouds cover the view of the galaxy of the stars. The moon, the brightest source of light in the night, manages to shine faintly through the foggy clouds drifting in front of it. Slow and soft wind breezes blow, ruffling the tops of trees and shaking the tree branches. Stray loose leaves swirl and dance within the breezes of the wind.

Deep within the forest, laying on the top of a grassy hill, lies a female wolf. The she-wolf is coated with black fur. She has a white furred face, white chest fur, white stomach fur, white paws, and a white tail tip. The black and white wolf blinks open her forest green eyes, adjusting to the dim lighting around her.

The she-wolf parts her jaws slowly, stretching them wide enough to express a single yawn before closing her muzzle shut once more. The she-wolf shifts her head on top of her front legs, giving a small sigh. Her green eyes hold not only their color, but different emotions; Anger, hatred, depression, and determination. "Many think that a wolf cannot express feelings," the she-wolf began to speak, to no-one other than herself, "but they are all wrong. I can feel every emotion that silly humans can. What is so great about being human, anyway?" The she-wolf asked herself, letting her thoughts flow directly from her mind to through her muzzle. "Nothing makes humans superior to any other creator on the earth. Was I, Missy, not created by The Creator like they were? Was I not conceived by a mother and a father?"

Missy opened her jaws once more and let out a heavy breath. She felt the pressures and stress of life. Being the alpha of a large pack wasn't all that. Being the alpha over a pack isn't easy. Missy is the main wolf responsible for the pack's safety, and to make sure they have enough food to eat. Missy closed her eyes slowly. She remembered how just earlier that day she over-heard several of the packs pups proclaim that they wanted to be alpha one day. 'No, little ones, you don't. You only think you do. As soon as you're older, you will wish you were a puppy again. You will wish you could have the comfort of your mother's belly fur to cry into when life gets too hard. But you'll never have that again.' Missy thought gloomy.

Missy allowed her green eyes to open once more, only this time, they weren't just green anymore. The deep shades of red, orange, and yellow had accompanied the green in the she-wolf's eyes, resembling a forest fire. Missy just barely blinks her eyes and a large wave of fire explodes from the ground behind her. The fire slowly starts to form a circle around the she-wolf, causing her to grin. The only thing at this point that can make her feel better is her gift of controlling fire. Fire has never failed to calm her nerves when she was ready to kill something. But at the same time, Missy knew that in the right moments, her fire can fuel even the slightest aggression and give her the strength to kill an entire pack.

I felt like writing tonight.

I'm being emotionally attacked, and I really needed to dive into my fursona's world for a bit. It helps me incredibly.

Not trying to be mean, but I have had someone approach me about this once already. I will tell you the exact same thing I told her; I did not copy this. I created this wolf character on paper years before I even started Role-playing or story writing. When I came to the internet, I found these pictures and I did feel bad. But I didn't copy. I tried to make it as different as I could by adding gray features, more black, and dark green eyes.

I am not denying the resemblance, but I have found the creator of those pictures, and I got reassurance over this issue. Please don't address it any further (:
