if you have the new oekaki version, then there is a tool to flip the pic. i think it's 2nd tool from above in the left culumn (not sure) and then you just pull it with the mouse to the right or left. the picture is vertical then. sorry i'm terrible at explaining x) ^^
i guess you can also read it in the oekaki guide by sinami
