I've made an adventure time OC! I'm so pleased with this design, but does anyone know how to rotate it?

So, this is the ice cream princess. She was made by the Ice King, from Gunther's Ice Cream, to be his new girlfriend, but after making her, he felt too much like a father, and so let her go. She now lives in a large igloo type palace, filled with penguins, or her "loyal subjects" as she calls them. She calls herself a princess as that's what the Ice king did, but she doesn't actually own a kingdom of any sort.
Being made of ice cream, she has to live in the ice kingdom all the time, or she'll melt. When embarrassed or angry, her hair will melt and drip all down her dress, making her more embarrassed/angry!
She's very friendly and always tries to befriend those who stumble across her "kingdom". However, she's also very innocent and naive, and is always being tricked into doing things. She is delusioned into thinking she's royal, and the 99 flake she wears is actually her "crown".
