Here's a revamp of your charrie!
The right side of her body looks the same, but the stripes are silver instead of navy blue.
She has a half tiger skull mask that is worn on the left side of her face. She also has golden feathers hanging from it, and wears a moon and sun necklace, showing the warmth of life and the cold of death. Her hair is silver with tips of dark blue, showing how life slowly dies away and gets darker. The "life" (right) side of her body has silver stripes, and silver eye markings. The "death" (left) side has darker blue markings, and is covered by a skull mask.
I know it seems a little monotone, but I hope you like it! :3

I really love the fact You've added a description along with the design. It allows me more insight to what you were thinking. Over all I love that you've included the skull mask. (It's a bit part of who she is.) And I love the over all shades of blue used. Her pendant and everything is wonderful. I really love your outtake on her. ;3

Haha I have to write out stuff like this all the time in my art class, so writing about the symbols and such was easy for me!
