You need help with da body shapes.
And also do you know how to use layers? That will make it look better.
You can use a body structure, to start off with.

when i draw humans, i usually center the eyes more ( and i mean lower ), then let the hair covr up the bald pot ;)

the tendancy is to draw the eyes two high, but in a porportionally correct face, the eyes are actually centered in the face. The top half of the face is all forhead and eyebrows. the nose is halfway between the chin and the eyes, and the mouth is halfway between the nose and the chin. I have improved greatly since learning this information, I hope it helps you too! ;)
