when you mean as a guest artist thy can come and go as they please, what do you men exactly?

By guest artist, I mean that they don't have a responsibility towards the species. They aren't required to be active with the species, contrary to the responsibilities of the official artists and mods. A guest artist can make only 1-2 designs though, and must ask me before making a design so that I know that they are going to be making one, while official artists don't have to do this.
