Because I am so lazy right now, all you have to do to adopt him is give him a name and/or bid.

•He hates names that start with G or S.
•The black markings on him are places that can make fire (his paws/tail/mane etc. Not including his antlers)
•When he is angry, on rare occasions his eyes burst into flames. But he is blinded for an hour or two afterwards
