Nope, Sabinos tend to be like Really tall and mapped Stockings and white leg markings combined with Face markings that are very bold and white, also occasionally combined with Belly markings, often resulting in blue eyes, :3
I can Understand if it looks like a Maximal Sabino But notice how the maximal's markings go up into the mane and look almost prominately white,

But this guy's Whole lower half of his body is white (Including Barrel, Face, and neck)
So he is qualified as a splash ^^

oh okay xD thank you ^^ i work on my pictures with a horse color and pattern guide XD there it looked more like the sabino pattern =) but at the end, nothing goes about real horse pictures XD horse coloring and pattern can be so complicated sometimes XD
