Hello hello! DarkenedGlory here, Or DG for short :3

Last night, I went to see Medival Time's famous medieval tournament in Dallas, Texas. (Yes, I am a Texan ^^)

As a child, I have always been fascinated by the Dark Ages, especially the knighthood. As a tomboyish girl, I never wanted to be the princess, oh no, that's just a nightmare. I wanted to be the knight in shining armor to save the princess and go on vast journeys across the land. Ayup, that's just me :3

So inspired by the beautiful and fantastic performance the show put on, I decided to draw this oekaki piece with my fursona, Haruki as a knight.

Remember, this is a WIP (Work in Progress) so it doesn't look like much now XD

And now here's something interesting that DID happen during my visit in Medieval Times.

I was presented a banner from the Black and White Knight that read "Love of Beauty and Passion". Admittedly, I was flattered that I was chosen amongst the Black and White Guest Supporters to be chosen as the "Love" of the Black and White Knight. When spoken to, however, after the performance by the noble knight himself, this conversation ensued.
(Yes I am a geek of the Dark Ages, so I knew how to speak somewhat 'fluently' the style in which they spoke way back then xD)

B/W Knight: My fair lady, I hope you find my performance amusing and to your like?
Tiffany: Yes Sir Knight. The performance was astounding and your strength was proven in the tournament. It was a shame that you were not crown champion of the joust.
B/W Knight: Aye, it is a shame. But fear not, I shall win your heart if I do, by any chance, meet you again in the arena's stands.
Tiffany: I beg your pardon noble black and white knight, although thou has shown much chivalry and strength in thy performance and I applaud thee for thy sportsmanship, I must deny this prize for I have the most beautiful maiden who awaits me back home. She is my true love and you must understand that I will be loyal only to her
This was just hilarious, his face went completely red and looked uncomfortable and his voice went a tad high xD
B/W Knight: Well then.. This is awkward.

As you can see, my horse turned out a bit.. ah.. Canine-like. Which is why I avoid drawing equines lol O_x I'm still trying to see what would the outfit be and my 'colors'. Perhaps Blue and White will do... Perhaps..

Edit; I love the drawling! But are you sure it's suppose to be here? Maybe intermediate?

I went to Medieval Times Before, it was like the Grand opening or something. [I think that was the place]

Is it the place where they bring you food and eat as you watch the battle? If so I went there.

It was my mom's birthday, and well she adores things like that. [We go to the Renaissance festival every year some times twice] Anyways we were eating and watching and all and I was on the "green" team and the knight was hot. <3 Oh, and he had long black hair, as me and my mom were talking about him he was throwing out flowers, well he throw one to me >w< I would have jumped on that horse if I was near his age XD But my mom was mad at me kinda. She was upset most of the time there when I asked her whats wrong she said "It was my birthday and you got the flower." she managed to shake it off though, we bought her some Medieval jewelry. But my mom thinks I'm the prettiest thing in the world and she said that only thing that's keeping me safe is that I'm small and it makes me look younger.
