Not sure quite what's going on with the face... I might edit later but I'm about to get kicked off the computer.
I tried something with the face... added a blue string and a blue tattoo saying 'IBG' meaning 'Inspected by Government'. Explaining the tracker this guy has. I also turned the eyes pink. And made the wings baby blue and pink. So, I hope now, there are more things that you'd possibly like about this design!
Feel free to suggest any changes. However, I might not manage to do it, because school starts soon and I need to finish my homework!
