HELP i cant color it lol

so i forgot how to put the white background behind my picture would/could anyone by chance help me please lol im having a difficult time figuring it out. when some one offers ill put in your name so you can do it for me as well as leaving a detailed post on this page lol if you want payment that will not be a problem just trade with me.

You know how to put the white back ground back on it? It's like all checkered when you go on the oekaki and idk how to get rid of it lol
