If you don't mind me asking, how did you flip it? .o.

The new Oekaki came out not too long ago. You can update it here:
viewtopic.php?f=4&t=1425070
Click the link in the post, and it will bring you to where you can update it.

Once you do that, You should be able to save drawings flipped over.

If this is an old drawing you want flipped. go to 'edit drawing' and turn it over, saving it like that. It should save itself like that. I'm not sure if it will work. but give it a try.

there should be a tool where the paint brush, pencil, ect. are.

You should find a tool that kinda looks like a canvas being turned. Using it, you can turn it. and save it like that. :3
