I'm looking for great artists who can make Koi Dragons at least twice a week, and five at most. Here, you can make up to 3 entries for the Koi Dragons. Below are the artist rules, so read up before you enter! Also, post here so I can add you to the edit thing so you can enter! But first...

6. Don't use brands as a little tattoo desighn, there was once one with a kit-kat one it. Don't do stuff like that. You can make the kit-kat the entire thing, just not a tiny part. Well, that rule's confusing, isn't it?
