How do you get it vertical like that?

I've seen this recently in a couple cases, but I have no idea how to do it.
I don't check messages here. If you've found me through other websites or communities such as deviantART/Kiamaras, my characters are not for sale and never will be.

oh I just changed my settings to the Oekaki 2.0 version and then turned the cavase :3
