Not exactly my best redline, but still.
Okay, first of all. I'm sorry for the messy look. Didn't feel like doing much about it. :B
And now to the redlining:
Every single time you start on a drawing, you should start out with sketching their skeleton. In order to draw something properly, you need to know what their skeleton looks like. This is the faint, blue-ish lines you see. This will prevent most of the anatomy errors.
A huge error most people make, is drawing the wolf with their head high.
Wolves travel a lot, and it would put a strain on their back to have their head so high all the time. Wolves are not dogs or horses. Their skeleton is different: Keep their heads low.
Also, wolves often holds their tails low. When wolves raises their tails it's like they're threatening other wolves.
After having sketched the skeleton, you can loosely put some meat on their bones(the faint green lines). This helps you see how fat the animal should be, etc.
Lastly, there's the outline. If you drew the green lines, this should be fairly easy. Note that their eyes aren't large.
Hope this helped you a bit.
I'll edit my own lines in a few minutes(the head). Noticed some errors.
