His name is Cealan and he's a Mountain God in a fictional land my friend and I created for our roleplay. He's able to control wind and weather, although his weather-controlling powers are limited to his territory, a mountain in the north which is called Cealan as well. He's also able to shapeshift into any animal whose natural habitat is on and around the mountain.^^
