Entry two. ^^
This time I tried to think more for the theme of Halloween,
since my other entry was a normal-type character design more than anything.
At least, to me it was. xD
So with this one I tried to go for a creepier look.
I intend to keep it black and white.
If you have any suggestions/critique,
do feel free to hop right in and say something!
