~≈º What is an Irregular Flutter Ferret? º≈~

[color=#008080]Flutter ferrets in general are very small. The largest specimens are usually around 12" long. Irregular Flutter Ferrets have the additional designation of being very lithe and slender. Their movement through the air has been described as serpentine, with the body rippling from side to side. They have two sets of diaphanous wings that work in tandem: one set at the shoulders and the other set at the pelvis. In addition, IFFs have tufts of diaphanous "feathers" in strategic places on their bodies to add to surface area and assist in flight. Since they are small and relatively unthreatening, Flutter Ferrets tend to be prey for larger creatures.[/color]

Story:
When Vinnot was born, there was a fighting edge in him. He wanted to get out of his egg as soon as possible. (Later on, when he is out of his egg,) Vinnot ran away 4 days after he came out of his shell. He wanted to explore the other broods, not knowing that he would get lost and not come back. (When he is fully grown,) He has been lost for many weeks, he came upon a brood, which he chose to stay with and live there. (the brood he stays at is the one that you are going to choose!)

Name your Ferret: Shadō Ashi, meaning Shadow Foot in Japanese
Gender: Female
Personality: She's quiet and reserved. She's the shadow in the back of the room that no one notices until it walks into the light. She is also very fastand light-footed. If you manage to befriend her, she'll attentitively listen to what you have to say, and give small input every now and then, and she'll slowly open up bit by bit. You may even be able to get her to talk in full sentences if you're lucky.
Job within the brood (be descriptive): A silent protector. She will fight to the death to protect her brood-mates, and any she considers friend. In a fight, she perfers to let her opponent take the first move, then she lives up to her name and stikes quickly and efficiently. She perfers not to land an ending blow, and instead disable them. A friend being threatened means she'll risk life and limb to keep them safe, as she has so few. If she can, she will avoid fighting at all costs- special circumstances(noted above) will draw her into a fight. She also likes to gather food to help the Brood stay well-fed and strong.
Story about this Ferret/Art: Art WIP (hopefully it wont end up lookin too bad, but i only have a touchpad to draw with, and it sucks lol)

Personality:easy angered, though can be kind and careing
Job within the brood (be descriptive): protector, as hes one of the best fighters, his job is to protect others in the brood from preadtors with the other protectors.
Story about this Ferret/Art:Black Storm lifted his head heaing something, Something that sounded like trouble, he got his feet with a faint growl. he relaxsed wen he saw it was just a snake, wait a snake, he got back into attack stance barking(do thay bark?) a warning to the brood before heading towards it with the other protectors, working as a team and avoiding the fangs, they manged to deal with the snake before heading back.

Gender: Female
Personality: Neotrae would be a wild girl. She would do stunt flying, and skim dangerous waves.
Job within the brood (be descriptive): Neotrae would be a scout. With her amazing flying abilities, she could get to her brood to alert them of a predator.
Story about this Ferret/Art:
Neotrae barely watched as the sun shined. What was it? A giant figure began to cover the sun, and it was doing it'd job. Her Brood spilled out of their dens, and flew up to see what was happening. Many of the Ferrets wailed, afraid that a monster was eating the sun, or a divine being was mad at them. Neotrae raised her voice, "Everyone! Back into your dens! Be safe!" Every ferret nodded, and flew back. She smiled and started back to her den, when she heard a wail. Neotrae turned. A hatchling had lost it's mother, and now a cat was stalking toward it. Neotrae silently flew forward, not sure how to attack the cat, but she knew she had to help the Hatchling. She turned and mad eye contact with the hatchling, and tried to send a mental message, Stop Wailing!. The Hatchling slowly stopped, and sniffed. He watched in horror, his eyes wide and watery, as Neotrae sunk her teeth into the cats tail. The cat screeched and dashed after Neotrae. Neotrae sped away, yelling the most aggravating things that came to her mind. She sped toward a mound of sharp rocks, and smiled. As she approached, she tensed and maneuvered purely on instinct. She swerved quick on a tall rock, and heard a thundering crash. As the dust cleared, the tall rock had crashed, and only the cat's wails of pain could be heard, as the cat's tail was twitching. Neotrae turned, and the wave of exhaustion her. She walked back to camp, returning a hero.
