where you coloured light blue on the eye is supposed to be white and the bit more inside which you left grey is supposed to be the eye colour XD LOVE THE CHIBI WINGS!

It doesn't have to be. Maybe her character has blue eye whites. I do this thing all the time where, instead of making the eye whites white, I make them a lighter version of the iris colour.
