This design is based off of both cold flames and water. I got the colors for water and when I finished him he looked more like flames so he is a cold flame design. But of course it does not have to be what you see.
If he doesn't sell I will either keep him or give him to a friend. Bid whatever, the highest bidder by September 12th will get him.
The Gray Dawn sent a trade to buy it. This design now belongs to her.
