Alpine
Gender:
Female
Outfit/items/accessories:
Alpine often wears some snug, tan coloured goggles that wrap around her head. They are soft and stretchy so they are quite comfy for Alpine to wear. The goggles are not in perfect condition, they are a little worn around the edges, but the lenses are still bright and clean and easy to look through. Of course, she also wears a red plaid scraft drapped around her neck, the ends of it are always, and I do mean always, wet with mud(it often gets stuck in the mud when Alpine is walking around with it). The ends are frayed and threads of the scarf are usaully trailing behind her. It's a bit worn and washed but it's always on Alpine's neck. Also, before Alpine can go out on a adventure, she has to carry her special, "gear," as Alpine reffers to it. Of course, she isn't going to walk around carrying it all in her mouth, she has a special backpack for that!(I know, she's spoiled rotten xD) The backpack is pale tan(yep, she loves that colour), you know the part that part that you store things in? Well that rests nicely onto her back and she has straps coming down, where she slips them on. The straps are lightly padded, so they don't rub against her and cause irratation. Now lets get onto Alpine's "gear". Of course, her first little item inside is good for night trips, a little black flashlight. It's small enough for Alpine to get her little teeth around it. It's also got a little rope at the end for her to snatch up too. Another thing that is essinal is dog treats! The dog treats are held in a small clear little baggy, she doesn't want to loose any in her bag. Also this is defaintlythe most important item that Alpine brings along with her. Snuffles! Alpine's little stuffy, just in case things get scary. Snuffles is a cream colour bunny, which is patched and worn, poor Snuffles has lost one of his ears thanks to Alpine roughhousing with him. But Alpine will never leave home without her beloved little Snuffles.
Motivation for adopting?:
I would love to adopt Alpine because, she is simply adorable. It’s not hard to imagine her running rampage along my character thread. Along with my signature. And the neighbourhood. The second I saw her, I found myself looking at the requirements(I think I’d call them that) to adopt her. I was so happy when part of the forum was accessories. Goggles and a scarf came to mind. Okay, sorry back to the why I want to adopt her. Really I think it’s more like why wouldn’t I love to adopt her? She adorable. How can anyone say no to those reddish brown eyes? I couldn’t. I’ve always wanted a pommie from the pommie palace, and this girl was no expection. She so cute, and I can defiantly see her hanging out with my other dog characters. (under 150 words)
I'm sorry if the describing her accesories got a little long, I just wanted to make sure you get the full picture.
Extras:
(I believe that you are allowing them, I know it won't help me much but I really love this girl and I already had a story thought out)
Short Story:
Warm sunlight flickered through the window, and a small little pom wagged her tail in excitement. Her owner was busy at the moment so she wouldn't be fussing over her. It was a little past lunch and she'd just had her another walk. Of course, it wasn't enough. Alpine took a quick look at the stairs and cocked her head. Nothing. Great! Alpine darted forward, slipping through the doggy door. She was still wearing her gear. Her dependable goggles, her trusty scarf and her bag filled with equipment. Including Snuffles. She was going to have so real fun. Her owner was there was a chance that things might get scary! She looked around the big green yard, shoot it was fenced. Tall fences, surrounded the lush yard, making Alpine re-think her “master plan.”Plus, Alpine wasn’t exactly a big dog, so there was no way she could jump over that huge fence, but there was one thing that Alpine was a expert in, digging. Alpine could find a buried item under the earth, in a matter of minutes. Plus she had loads of experience, she often went on her daily digs. She quickly got to work, finding a weak spot and digging under there. Alpine grinned happily, this is what she loved. Her paws acted like tiny shovels as she scooped out the earth and tossed it away. Of course, even a expert digger like Alpine had to re-charge, she scooted over and swiped a couple dog treats. That should do the trick Alpine told herself smugly. Alpine dove under the fence. The earth under the soft and cool, ohhh it would be nice to stay there for a while. It was hot out and here in the shade it was heaven. Snap out of it! Alpine told herself sternly. Squeezing under the fence she bounced up in excitement. She was free! Sunlight streamed down, a soft breeze was blowing. How can this day get better? Alpine thought smugly. Expertly racing through the roads, Alpine skidded to the park. Shoot she thought, the dog park, had barely any dogs in it. And they weren’t the type of Alpine usually hanged out with. She loved to get down and dirty and go exploring, these dogs liked to stay at their owners side. Alpine shrugged, she didn’t mind that much. She bounced forward to the trails. This was her favourite part of the whole park. She bounded through the forest. Sunlight streaked through the branches, leaving warm, golden spots in the forest. A gentle breeze blew, making her scarf wave in the wind. The forest seemed greener by the second, by the creepy seconds the forest burst into life. Bumble bees buzzed, butterflies fluttered in the breeze, the sun shinned brighter, the grass greener, and the birds sang contently swooping in the summer sky. Alpine bounded through the verdant forest, when the obstacle came into view. A maple tree log sat, blocking her way. Soft moss lush green moss thrived on the log, fungi too. Excitement raced through Alpine as she took a couple steps back and raced towards the log, at the last minute she leapt in the air. Air blasted around her, as her legs tucked in Alpine flew over the log.
Since she’d finished her obstacle, Alpine played in the forest until the sun started to go down(sorry I know, it’s getting brief). She raced back into the house and sat down happily while her owner walked down the stairs.
“What have you gotten up to?” perros asked, ruffling the fur on her head.
“You’d never guess,” Alpine thought to herself as she fell asleep onto her cozy bed.
I hope it's what you consider short. c:
