Forgotten Character

So, I was digging through a pile of old drawings the other day, and I found a sucky old ref sheet for this guy. I was bored, so I decided to revamp him. xD

Timer's very much off -my family's holding some sort of 'going to university' party for my older stepsister, and I left this open whilst having dinner, and being forced to socialize. xDD

No reference was used. :p
