This is a gift for my good friend, who doesn't have an account here. He loves Doctor Who, and he's a brony, and he obviously likes Doctor Whooves... So I decided to draw this for him!

Just a disclaimer, I am not a Doctor Who fan myself (I've never seen it), so I know next to nothing about it... Keep that in mind XD
