A quick allegiances banner for the Street Rats from Acceleration c: The Street Rats is a rogue band of cats in the second section of the Tribe of Shooting Stars story called Acceleration. They're the main force of conflict against the Tribe, and act similar to a cult. Some of the members will wear a special 'scarf' around their neck/wrist/etc. to show their allegiance to the Street Rats.
