What is a Prathen Desert Drake? (Prey-thin):
A Prathen Desert Drake, or PDD, is a type of dragon that lives in the vast deserts of the world. They are smaller than normal dragons, this being a drake. They have long, large ears that point backwards, and always look as if they are pinned back. However, this is only to protect their inner ear canals from harmful sands due to sand storms. They have four, thin eyes. The ball itself having taken on an elongated oval shape due to the positioning so close over one another. While they do have pupils, they are simply the exact same color of their iris, giving them a solid eye color effect. It is unknown if each eye is capable of looking in a different direction. Their body if broad and muscular, covered in a thick, leathery hide that, in turn, is covered in very short fur. It feels exactly like velvet. They have a short mane that just before their ears and stops right at the base of the tail, only to start growing along the underside of the tail. Males have two large teeth that protrude over their top jaw, and a horn on their nose. The species as a whole has three small spikes on their brow, three larger on their elbows, and two small on their heels.

Make a story of how you found it:
i looked at the entrance to a den,a gaping hole in the desert sand.i had thought that Dokusei needed a partner so i went out into the desert with him to find an egg to hatch,and hopefully be a female so he can have a mate.now as i looked down at the entrance to the den i wasn't to sure that i wanted to go in after i remembered how hostile a female with eggs could be.i looked at Dokusei and he looked back,as if telling me i could trust him to protect me.i smiled at him and then slowly crawled into the cave.i walked quietly for a bit and turned around signaling Dokusei it was safe to come down. we went through the dark tunnel in front of us.i had just enough light to see a clutch of egg's,and the mother and father drakes sleeping around them.i stopped for a moment and thought it through and decided that it was worth the risk to get a partner for Dokusei.i slowly crept up to the clutch of three egg's.i slowly grabbed the one in the middle.i waited a second before moving.i saw that the parent's were still asleep so i backed away in the tunnel and me and Dokusei went out.i stopped to look at the egg i had grabbed,it was white with gold swirls.i showed it to Dokusei and he showed interest.i took that as a good sign and put the egg in a pouch in my bag and set off for home.when we got there i gave Dokusei his dinner of snake meat and took the egg out of my pack and put it in a pile of blankets next to the fire and waited for it to hatch.....
