Okay first one to solve this case wins.. A hug.. and a pet when I get a contest worthy one..

I'm both the color of fallen flakes, and the fallen sun.
I am commen in name but not quanity.
My heart is tall, but not my size.
I love long sticks of green.
Who am I?

I'm pretty sure it's a Red Panda.
Why well they have the colors of fallen falkes and the color of fallen sun so thats my guess.
