Blaze looked about the clearing he found himself in, quietly calculating the world around him as he waited patiently for the wolf who was supposed to be bringing the requested object to him. It was a strange place, cold, dark, and filled with shadows. All around him dead trees and evergreen trees could be seen, and he smelled the rotten smell of death. Sighing, wondering yet again what he had gotten himself into, Blaze spotted two glowing purple eyes in a nearby bush. "Come out, Ratchet." Blaze said, looking around for the others who he knew the wolf had brought along. When she stepped out of the shadows, he caught his breath at her beauty. She had a long, flowing tail that seemed to be made of air, and pixie wings connected to an orb on her shoulders.
"I have brought the requested item, have you the payment?"
"I do."
"Then you will indeed join our group?"
"That was part of the deal. Just so long as you give me the item first."
She pushed something over to him, and he picked it up in his mouth. The rock was exactly what he wanted, and for what purpose he needed it for was his, and his alone.
"I'll be back tomorrow, same place, same time, to pledge my loyalty to you." he said, turning around and walking off to deliver the item.
Thus Blaze's time with the Organization began.
