Since intermediate board is for experienced artists looking for some criticism and commentary from other artists (yes, I copy from the front page), I'm going to give comments and critique.
First of all, with any style of animal art, anatomy is one of the key thing to make you successful. If you'd like to draw, say a polar bear like the one here, you need to be familiar to what they really look like and how each part works. For this one, the space between the ears is too small. Eyes need to be smaller (even for 'cartoony' style). On a polar bear, a 'stop' (an angle between the forehead and the muzzle) is not steep; but the gentle slope from the head to the mouth. The head should appear to be more 'connect' to the body, with neck visible. The body should be big compare to the head and the tail is usually too small to be seen. Remember that polar bears aren't just bear with white fur. Each animal should be recognisable even when they're not coloured naturally.
Apart from anatomy, the way you use your 'style' is also important. If you want to use lineart, it is better to have a smooth, clean lineart than wiggly ones. Try to turn the smoothing to 30% to make the line smoother. The way you use colour in the character design also make the difference. Avoid bright neon colours as it don't usually turn out very well, stick to more 'natural' colours and pattern.
And if you can, add more shading and background. Right now this piece belongs to beginner, but if you practice a lot, you'll get here eventually.
