Well this is defintly super bad, since I went so quickly but here`s my tips for you, it may be harder since you draw with a mouse and I draw with a tablet:

First, you need fluffy-ness to your fur.

Also, more separtation between the hind legs, and the front legs.

Had in detail { like fur details, and etc. } to the animal of what your drawing { I did a wolf, because it`s easier for me to explain with }

Ears, need to be a bit more pointy and a little more spread apart from each other.

Paws; the need toes, everyone animal has toes. { if you want I can draw a paw and tell you what the details are to them }

The extra toe; if you`re drawing a wolf, on the front two legs, they have five toes, unlike the hind legs.

Hind legs; the knee drops down so it`s curved all most when it 'drops'.

I drew a quick paw, x3

You really just want to make sure that there`s about three toes you draw and the extra toe which is higher up the leg, if you want you can draw a the four paws, but it depends on the angle.

The pads of a paws, show at time, I just added some in for the more detail.

Nails; I really don`t draw nails, but wolves, and or dogs have them. So you want to add paws, if you want more of the detail.
