Okolo Adoptions
Welcome to the deepest burrows of the Earth, where a newly-discovered species finds its home...
To adopt one of this strange animal, called an okolo (oh-cole-oh), you must check our current okoloes up for adoption. They're labeled "Adopt Me" so It should be easy to find.

Species Info
Okoloes are made perfectly for intense burrowing deep in the Earth's underground depths. They're only about the size of a lion, but are much stronger and live much longer. Their life expectancy is approximately 50 years for both females and males. 41-50 years old is considered an elderly okolo. They're at their prime age from 20-40 years old. They're done maturing at the approximate age of 19 years, and then can breed. They are born with their adult-sized horns. These adopts aren't growable, but you may choose any sort of age for them.
Horns
70% of them have the species' glowing horns, whether that be unihorns, bihorns, or trihorns. They glow to help navigate the ground's tunnels. The other hornless 30% of them live short lives, for they can only survive using others' tunnels. They need their hardy horns to drill through rock and dirt. They appear small, but they could dig right through Mount Everest! Some mountains' random avalanches where caused by okoloes who strayed from below the ground and decided to dig up the mountain. Many earthquakes were caused by okoloes who were fighting by the fault line of two tectonic plates. (c'mon, you learned that shiz in science class). Once the animals were found, people attempted harvesting their seemingly weak horns, but okoloes are defensive of their horns, and those people unfortunately died.
Garbage... Accessories?
Okoloes have an interest in landfills. They dig into them and collect some "trinkets" and "accessories" to wear like hats/jewelry. This is the only difference from male to female, since males don't like girly items, where females like everything.
Male vs. Female
You'd think males are larger with bigger horns, but you're wrong. The two genders are exactly the same, besides the males' picky taste in trashed accessories.
Other Features
Okoloes have no legs/arms ever. They'd have to be messed with by scientists for that to occur. They have furry bodies that protect them from just about every harmful threat. To see in the dark burrows, these animals have great vision. Even with glowing horns, they need to see well.
Mating
Mating for okoloes takes place at any time, and usually by an underground hot spring. Males must win over females sometimes by using their horns to fight. Usually, the loser ends of dead or very injured. This is a leading cause of earthquakes.
