Another entry for the same contest XD I love this lineart.
Anyway, this Equine is female (so no horns - I messed that up on one entry of mine) and she is based on red cherry blossoms. I am studying abroad in Japan next summer, so I have been drawing a lot of inspiration from Japanese art and nature lately. Plus this color palette is pretty and addicting - I love the bright reds and pinks with pale base colors.
