Fire and Ice

Some say the world will end in fire,
Some say in ice.
From what I've tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor fire.

I think that I put the thin line in the center not only to help me but to convoy that it is just a small line that is keeping the world from ending (I don't think that the world will end anytime soon!) and keep them from destroying each other.
