~ I choose for it to be bay because it's a nice colour in my eyes and thought it may be different to other entries which would have rarer, unusual colours.
~ The 'E' on the ankle above the hoof, since your username has an 'E' in.
~ The arrow-ish marking on shoulder, because you have arrows in your siggy and on your username.
~ Brindle markings, you like them and they're unique
~ Heart marking on side, I see you as a kind person, I'm part of SF with you
~ Glowing Blanket, inspired by your avatar {optional}
~ Gold necklace, gold is your favourite colour
~ 7 Tassels, 7 is your favourite/lucky number
~ Bracelet with cross, crosses are associated with the Christian Religion
~ Silver ear peircing. jewelery which is seen as female

Oh it's beautiful and the more I read about how you thought out each and every detail the more I fall in love with it! I must say I am very impressed that you added all those things into this design. Definitely one of my favorites.
