So.. made a ratter editable :T using my little Tulio as an example. (I know rats don't have fur on their ears.. I have this mental block that won't let me draw them bald.)
It comes with different lines and color-in layers for down-eared rats, and also a couple tongues and scruffyness... the tongue and scruffy layers you'd have to fix the lock-alpha to though 'cause they're just lines.

Rules...
-Don't use to insult rats or promote violence against them.
-Don't somehow manage to get me in trouble with it.
-Anything else, I really don't care.
