I'm holding a DESIGN CONTEST, ultimately in search of another Artist to add to the Chibifurs Artist team. Two if there are two extremely good ones. :3

EDIT: So it seems we have already had some issues, you are NOT to use your own entry to make ANOTHER entry. It MUST be from this original one. No others.
Here's the Prizes so we don't get too confused:
1ST PLACE
-You'll become an Artist for Chibifurs
-You'll get a Custom[sometime after adopts are set up, etc]
-Possibly other stuff to be added on. [Single Character Commission from me or 40 DA Points]
If there is a second individual, whom really is too close to the 1st Place, we will have two winners. :3
What we are looking for:
Currently seeking Color-In Artists that have an open mind and a lot of creativity to produce well thought out designs on various species. Specifically, we need those of them that apply to be dedicated to both the Site and their responsibilities, which includes keeping up with the requirements below.
Requirements:
- You MUST have Photoshop, Painttool Sai, Gimp or another layered program that accepts .PSD files[Recommended to also be able to do transparency]
Must be able to devote AT LEAST 5 hours of Internet time per week or more.
Must be able to produce a minimum of 2 litters per month of various species.
Must sign our agreement form that I will send to you, if you are accepted.
Must be honest with the dealings with the site. (In other words, we don't want to see you cheating newbies of pets, etc)
Must be respectful to authority as well as to other Artists, Mods, and Members.
Must include a Character Reference[A username or e-mail of someone we can contact to speak for you, your personality, etc.]
Rules:
-You must come up with a completely ORIGINAL Design without Lineart edits.

-Do lineart edits on your first entry.
