This is a Stawberry roan whith a snip and stockings. Her name is Arabian Gold. I`m not sure if I like the jockey colors and may change them later. Well over all I like her design!

Correction; Yes they can. There are a handful of JC reg. (and most are dually registered with APHA too) thoroughbreds that have blue eyes. Most of them are sabinos- which is a true color found in pure arabians too, and is legal. A good example is Blue Eyed Streaker, the TB stallion.
