This one's name is Veralidaine. I would have used "Tourmaline", but I used that for my Earthen and Pink Shox.
The markings on her hands and eyes took two layers, five tools (both Layer Tools and Basic Tools).
The chest and cheek markings took one layer, two tools.

I put up the color palette so you can re-create her, if you'd like!

I think the tail needs a tad bit of work though..

I left the tail more plain because I felt her body had enough markings. Also, I meant for the white to be like that. I like the look of it...
