Aww! So cute! But in my own personal opinion, I think the eye looks too big and the hind legs don't usually come up that far... But that's my personal opinion...

I do agree with this! I didn't think about that until I cam across your comment.. But halters can be colorful and it could be a saddle cover or she could just be having fun with colors. The horse looks like a cartoon horse, so the bridle and saddle could be colorful for the fun of it. But again, I do agree with you completely!
