I love it just because I wuv tha wittle Scourgey-poo~ x'D

Though, his eyes are ice blue, not a golden yellow, and where is his other ear... :3
You could also work on anatomy more. Something that really helps with this is sketching a proportional redline of it on a different layer. It seems as if there are no layers used at all. What I do for layers is usually as follows, from bottom to top on the little app thing--

Lines- Draw smoother lines over the sketch to get it how you want it. It is MUCH easier to do this if you zoom in.
Shading- Turn this layer to an opacity of about 30% and use solid black for this so it actually looks dark. Any lighter and it might actually tint the colors instead of shade them.
Color- The color will be under the lines and shading, but still over everything else. If you get color out of the lines it is best to zoom in and use the eraser tool.
Redline Sketch- Just a quick sketch to get proportions right. You may want to look at a reference, or you could be like me and wing it~ x3 Remove this layer when you're done before you post the actual art.
Signature- It helps me if it's off in a corner. You don't want to hide this behind the background.
Background- Bottom layer so the background will be behind everything.

After you have those layers I usually start at the background, erase the white so you see nothing but the checkered (This won't affect anything, don't worry.) Draw your background and then hide it. Move up to the signature and write your name or part of it-- whatever you decide your signature to be and hide that layer. Then for the redline just sketch out about what you want. This will involve many circles and lines, usually. It won't be in the final project, so it can be as sloppy as you want, but gives you an idea of where you want your lines to go, do NOT hide this layer yet! Go all the way up to the lines layer and get a solid black pen. Pen has the smoothest lines. I rarely use pencil anymore. If you zoom in and just trace over your redline to how you want it, then go back to the layers and hide the sketch. The sketch will stay hidden for the rest of it unless you want to change some minor details and pull it up again. (If you post with the sketch NOT hidden it will show up. If you post with the sketch hidden it will NOT show up. The same is for all layers.) Then go to the color layer and just add some color to where you wan it. if it gets out of the lines, as I said, just get the eraser and zoom in to erase smoothly. Then move on to shading. for this, just look up top and add some shading where you think a shadow might fall. Then you can do your background. I am bad at drawing inanimate objects, so usually I just get a big brush and a bunch of colors and use a bucketload of textures, but if you want a floor like that it is best to use the line tool so you can draw a straight line.

And WOW I don't think I've ever typed that much! I didn't even usually post this to others art, but maybe it was just because this is scourge? ^-^
