Red Line Please?

I tried to draw a thylacine but it ended up looking like a dog -_- Whenever I draw anything that isn't a canine or a horse it's anatomy looks too much like a dog. Ugh...

Maybe a longer tail? And a longer snout. Thlyacine have long tails and snouts.
