Why don't you like it? You used my favored colors well and it's unique. First person to see the part about steam punk I see. Oops, I didn't realize someone else had used gears, lol.

My tips:

1. This appears to be neon glow stick like in nature. I would have put a glow along the back in the same colors to give the appearance of it glowing.
