Another critique, since you asked.

Now this Rune you did draw in a larger size and the details are much nicer! I can see that you had the room to draw out the designs on the wings. I like how you blended the colors on the chest, horns and tail.

Like I said in a previous critique, make a sketch and use circles to draw out the body first. That way, you get the proportions more even.
