Wow. This is alot worse than I thought it was.
First: She's too orange.
Second: Her eyes, they seem, off.
Third: She just looks wrong in general. -_-;

This is a great drawing(ponies are tough!) but I think I can help with the "off" bits. Color-wise, I think it's a fine orange, but maybe a bit less red. The eyes seem odd because they're a bit small, usually they take up about half the face(even eyes like RD's and AJ's, though they usually have more of a heavy-lidded look.) You seem to have the grasp of leg anatomy, but they're a bit... Chubby, maybe? Otherwise, I think it looks fine. ^.^
