- woooott wooot, im having my first character competition!
i have seen so many beautiful characters on the site, and im the first to admit i am just not the type that is good at designing characters. so, you want to help me out and design my first character?
EDIT: if you want to make a different species, feel free to put it on a different lineart and send me the link! i am open to all species. More than 1 entry is aloud as well, but you can only win up to 1 prize. Also if you enter please bump the topic.
-PLEASE NOTE if i end up choosing your design, i have full rights to changing the name, gender, design, etc.
this contest is going to be a little different. there can be anywhere from 0 - 3 winners! The way it'll work is, i am going to have 3 different pets up for grabs. if i choose your design, you'll get a pet. simple, right? if i don't see any designs i love and want to keep, there will be no winners. if there are 3 i like and want to keep, 3 people will win a pet.
when you submit your design, PLEASE post what top 2 pets you are interested in. if you end up being a winner but i like someone else's better, and they chose your top two, you'll get a random one.
sorry if this sounds confusing, feel free to post and i'll explain more in depth.
So, what do i want to see?
-complicated yet simple designs. i like small, complex designs. No, not 128947235 accessories and pointless designs. well thought out, complex designs.
-natural colors, unnatural designs. i like one or two unnatural colors thrown in, but small amounts of them.
-simple accessories. i like things easy for people to draw, because im hoping to get a lot of art of this character.
-i LOVE unique things that nobody has. 3 tails, horns, be unique.
-PM me and ask me more in depth questions. you'll have a better shot at snatching up a price c;
-HERE ARE EXAMPLES OF WHAT I LIKE. these do not belong to me in any way, if you'd like me to take yours down that is perfectly fine.

okay, im getting like, no entries. So my friend gave me this beauty to give away! It will take the BEST design in the world to get this pet, but it's definitely possible.

I have found 2 Entries that I would like to keep as personal characters.
First of all, I loved every entry! They were all so unique, and so many of you were super kind and kept modifying your drawing for me. But these are the two that I just loved right when I saw them.
So, my Favorite piece was...
This dog by Lock! It was just great in every way. I love the natural look, as well as the accessories. Good job c:
My second favorite piece was...
This dog by bake4u! I love how it is so unique, and very mysterious. The colors aren't what I was looking for, but once I saw it I loved it! Good job c:
Unfortunately, none absolutely blew my mind, so the White July will not be given out. To make up for that though, I am giving honorable mention prizes. These are more about the people than characters, the ones who kept changing something for me, or really tried. These people can choose 5 pets from my basic trades group.
Kirawolf - I liked your designs a lot, just not enough to keep them.
☆Diamond☆ - You put so much effort into your drawings, and I thought that was so kind.
Since neither of the winners told me what pets they would like, Lock gets the bunny and bake4u gets the rare dog.
