I'm so sorry for the wait! I really hurt my wrists by doing handstands :S (idk how this happened, i must have landed badly :S)
Lucky i had the hard parts finished(line art, it hurts my hands the most D:).

This is the best i could do without know what the colour and marking designs were x3 So i've made this into a kind of editable, pattern is on a new layer, and you can add wings(again maybe ignore random design xD).
I was wondering what kind of jewelry you wanted? And where are the feathers? On the ears? In a necklace?

Oh and you have the option of 2 tatoos :3 Either keep one and erase the other or keep both ;D (if you want to make them fit in with the spots/or be the same colour, just erase the spots under them so you can see the tatoos without it being distorted by spots x3)
