His back half floats, it defies gravity. Somewhat like a half ghost. His tail also acts like a balance, or rutter. The only time his backside is seen touching the ground is when he is sitting, or sleeping

They sort of act a bit like snakes, and slither along the ground, using their front legs to propel them forward. Like snakes, they can swim quite easily, and usually stay afloat above the water.

Question: Cream is a magical creature, quick, agile, and seductive. One way he expresses this is how he moves: like a snake. He "walks" with his paws curled up to his muzzle and his backside moving a lot like a cobra's when they are about to strike. He "runs" with his paws, his tail simply dragging on the ground to stabilize him and for use as a rudder. If he wanted to, he could walk how he runs, but he does not like being smaller then his adversary or prey.
