So this is the contest I've been promising
!It is to design the 'original version' of the second main character, Kuda.
Edit: Woah! This whole linearrt only took me 19 minutes (I checked)... but then I went back in to put some words on it, and I guess I played with them for too long...
Rules
1. You must have read my comic Coro and Kuda before you enter.
2. Do not edit the lines! This is what Kuda looks like, all I want you to do is color it for me. However you can draw your own (see rule 8)
3. If you don't win, you may keep the design but NOT the picture. The features of this lineart are unique to Kuda.
4. If you win, the design will belong to me.
5. PLEASE DON'T MAKE A DESIGN THAT I'LL TOTALLY FALL IN LOVE WITH!! I know that's the case in most contests, but... *1
6. Nothing to complex. Remember, I have to draw it over and over at least twenty times!
7. If you can't draw in the Oekaki for some reason, you are very welcome to draw traditionally (on paper, any tools) then scan, or take a clear picture of it, then upload it to a hosting site like photo bucket or even Deviant art THEN link me to it. Or you can draw in another program. Just be sure to read 'Kuda's looks' first.
8. If you want to make your own lines, welcome to it! Just make sure to fallow 'Kuda's looks' as closely as posible. And make sure to include things like claw, eye and paw pad color.

What I'm looking for
I don't want sparkle dogs. I'm looking for a natural colored/marked character, but with an unrealistic twist, like Coro or Tauner's design, though not copying it. I didn't color it, because I want it to be a bigger challenge
.Somehow I imagine her as being whitish, though this will only count for a small bonus in the end.
Kuda's looks
If you will be drawing your own, please read this fully. If you will be using my lineart you have no reason to read this.
Face:
- Her muzzle is shortish and not as pointy as Coro's.
Her stop is grace full, with little overlap.
Her nose is small, and rather rounded.
Her ears are fully furred and very soft, they are usually pricked, though not in an assertive manner.
Her chin is gently rounded and elegant.
Her 'cheek fluff' is long, but not as neat or well groomed as Coro's.
- Her legs are slim for a wolf of the mountains, but still very well muscled from two years of running about in the rough terrain.
Her tail shape is slightly reminiscent of a coyote's. The fur is very thick, but not heavy. She keeps it well groomed and usually held down, in accordance with her rank.
Her back is fairly strait, with only a little dip.
She belongs to a small but strong pack with few competitors, so she is fairly well fed, (though not overfed) a sign of health and beauty in a she-wolf.
About Kuda POSSIBLE SPOILER ALERT!
She is a small gentle she-wolf from a pack that lives high up in the mountains.
She has a fairly low rank, mostly because she is not very aggressive, but everyone seems to like her. She is sweet, sometimes witty, and fun to be with in general. Completely unaware that she is about to be thrown headfirst strait into a nightmare, and swept up in the fast moving current that is the wolf version of law and justice...
